At FamiliLink we want everyone, no matter how computer savvy they may be, to easily stay in touch with loved ones using common, friendly technologies and receive caring support if needed. We feel everyone should be able to be included in the digital lives of the people they care about. Today there are two key barriers that prevent this:

1. Websites and computers are often too complex for technology challenged individuals. This can be especially true for seniors. With FamiliLink we provide a simple to use interface and application suite which helps users feel more comfortable and confident when using the Internet and computer.
2. A communication gap exists between generations. Seniors are using email more and more. However, younger family members are now using a variety of communications including social networks, photo and video sharing sites and mobile technologies while using regular email less often. The gap between generations will continue as new technologies evolve. FamiliLink bridges the communication gap by letting everyone to continue to use their preferred digital communications to stay in touch with less tech savvy individuals.

In addition even more tech savvy seniors are likely to become challenged because of age-related conditions like glaucoma, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and others which will prevent seniors from using the internet and technology as they did before.

FamiliLink conveniently aggregates digital content from the people that matter most, all into one, easy to use interface and makes it easy for caring family members to communicate with their aging parents and help them with caring support if needed.

It is our mission to bring peace of mind to family members by including less tech-savvy loved ones in the digital loop and help improve their well-being, by providing a fun and meaningful experience with the internet, computer and other technologies.
